There was a PS2 version of the first game: Sega Ages 2500 Series Vol. 31: Cyber Troopers Virtual-On.
Plus the first game is in Yakuza Kiwami 2 (though the original, now called "Legacy" version has a dodgy frame rate unless you install a silentpatch update from https://github.com/CookiePLMonster/SilentPatchYK2 - the remastered version is fine).
Oh and the game runs in MAME (more accurate but only original resolution) and the Model 2 Emulator, but the latter you have to drop back a few versions if you want the twin stick controls to work correctly, as the last version of that emulator breaks them (both sticks respond the same).

Also the PC version has a hidden debug menu which you can enable with an ini file, allowing 60fps! See https://www.oratan.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1422
There's also a PC PowerVR graphics card exclusive version of the PC version, I'll get around to comparing them in the near future on my Sega ARCADE vs PC playlist https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLYDobL0b26ug-pOoGrDO7jZSKW9KbLfxZ
