@TheAdza: Many of the SEGA arcade games were ported to the PC including Virtual On. There was a dedicated group within SEGA called SEGA Entertainment that released games under the SEGA PC brand.
It was pre-Steam days, but these games exist and should still run on your PC (with some adjusted settings).
There was a PC release of Virtual On. It was initially bundled with systems that had Intel Pentium CPUs with MMX, but also had a traditional retail release for Windows 95.
