Hey guys! Amazing work here. I'm compiling this information for a project at Zelda Dungeon.
For Zelda Screen 4 in the first set. The card with the Octorok. There are two different image scans of pre-scratched cards in this thread. On the left side, second from the bottom. One card shows a 'swordstrike' and another shows a 'rock' attack.
One of the fully scratched cards in this thread makes it Impossible to complete that card. (But the one that has a sword, makes it possible, but awkward, as two swords on the right and one on the left). [Is it possible there was a re-print where they changed these?]
