Manufacturer Anbernic has released a new video offering a "first look" at its next incoming handheld hardware, RG DDS ("Dual Dream Screen").

The promotional video (which is a reupload of a clip shared late yesterday) shows the new dual-screen device running releases such as Monster Hunter Generations: Ultimate, Zenless Zone Zero, Kirby's Blowout Blast, Pokémon Sun Ultra, and The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D, along with popular emulation software including X1 BOX, Cemu, and PC accessway GameNative.

...The cajones.

In addition to gameplay, the video offers a closer look at the RG DDS' exterior build, including its slick stylus. As we previously reported, the handheld boasts two 720p screens and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon G2 processor. But despite its obvious inspiration, the RG DDS seemingly does not support glasses-free 3D visuals.

A recent leak from AliExpress suggests that pre-orders are expected to open very soon. According to the unconfirmed report, the RG DDS will retail for $364.99 (£275) for the 12GB + 256GB model, and $299.99 (£225) for the 8GB + 128GB model, with a $15 Early Bird discount.

The report suggests that the RG DDS will begin shipping December 10. Again, this is not officially confirmed.
