@Daggot It's worse than that, the Italian Commodore don't even have rights to the EU, what they did was registered a trademark in a different category hoping to basically trick the authorities into thinking they're in a different line of business to the actual Commodore.
What this means is that there is almost no chance that the Italian Commodore trademark would stand up to a challenge as their trademark application was basically misleading. Had their application been honest, it would almost certainly have been declined.
