@PinballAficionado When M2 were working on their release of Galaxy Force for the 3DS, they went on a nation-wide hunt looking for a working deluxe GF cab in Japan to properly emulate it. They followed a few leads but were unable to find one.
If he truly has one working, it's the only one in the world and he should contact Sega/M2 in case it's needed for preservation in the future. I doubt they will need it again, but I am sure they'd be happy to know there's still one somewhere.
