Nights Into Dreams

If you're at all familiar with LEGO, you've probably come across LEGO ideas already. The website lets users post concepts for potential new LEGO kits, with the idea being that if they get popular enough, the company will eventually review them internally and see whether they want to commercialize them.

Because of this, fans often take to the website to post projects based around properties they've always wanted to see LEGO-ified. And that seems to be exactly the case with the "Nights Into Dreams" playset, submitted by Takuro.

The set, which is based on the Sonic Team action game from 1996, Nights Into Dreams, depicts the main character Nights, her rival Reala, two Nightopians, and the Seeds Tower from the city of Twin Seeds. The set was apparently built using 2016 pieces and has already passed 100 supports - the method of upvoting a creation - as of two days ago.

It's even earned a shout-out from series producer Yuji Naka, who tweeted that he has voted for the project and hopes that it gets a commercial release.

If you want to make it a reality, the best way to do that is to follow Yuji Naka's example and make your voice heard! That way you can get the project in front of the LEGO review board sooner and get those wheels turning. Of course, Sega has been no stranger to LEGO sets in the past, releasing several Sonic-themed play sets. Let's all cross our fingers and hope Nights Into Dreams is the next to receive that treatment!
